Preparation time: 15 minutes – Cooking time: 40 to 45 minutes
3 eggs – 240 g flour – 120 g sugar – 1 teaspoon of baking powder -120 g soft butter – 120 g candied fruits – 1 teaspoon of vanilla – 1 pinch of salt
- Preheat the ovenat 180°C, line your mould.
- Work the butterinto a cream, add the sugar.
- Stir in the eggsone by one, then the flour and the baking powder.
- Add the pinch ofsalt.
- Flour thecandied fruits and add them to the dough.
