For me, the Champagne cork is: my favourite city seen from the sky and the call of a drink if it is from a Champagne bottle.
My favourite recipe: a pasta dish with Aube autumn truffles and parmesan cheese, that is life! And the Champagne of Montgueux, which has, in my opinion, a very different taste from the great Houses of the Marne. Long live local products and long live pasta!
My little slice of heaven: Emile Zola street and its adjacent streets, which are full of small independent shops, fashion or artisanal products shops.
Never leave Troyes without: looking for the paintings of cats hidden in the heart of Troyes. Some are easier to find than others, so keep your eyes open!
