For me, the champagne cork is: not only the typical delicacy of the region, but also the unusual shape of the city center of Troyes.
My favourite recipe: a good brioche and chaource along with a small green salad!
My little slice of heaven: sitting by the canal sipping a drink, chatting with some friends.
Never leave Troyes before: having explored all the little alleys that make Troyes so charming, with their half-timbered houses and their surprising courtyards.
