For me, the champagne cork is: A lively city where modernity and history are perfectly combined. To be visited excessively!
My favourite recipe: Being a cheese lover, Chaource will always be my favourite. I will never change: I really do love cheese, always.
My little slice of heaven: The cycling greenway to the lakes, its bucolic landscapes, the canal… It feels vital to go and breath there for my personal balance.
Never leave Troyes before: Having taken some time to wander through the alleys of the city center and watched the architectural treasures above your heads. Until finishing your walk with a drink at a terrace.
